These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered agentic workspace platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
The Service provides an AI-powered workspace environment that enables users to interact with and direct automated agents through a browser-based interface. The Service allows users to:
- Issue natural language instructions
- Generate and edit text or structured content
- Create, revise, and download documents in various formats
- Create and revise web-based tools, dashboards, and workspaces
- Execute multi-step, iterative tasks within the workspace
The Service is powered in part by third-party large language models and related AI systems. Model behavior, outputs, and limitations are inherent to those systems and may not be fully predictable.
The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, clinical, or regulatory advice.
2. AI and Automation Disclaimer
The Service uses automated and generative systems that may:
- Produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated outputs
- Execute tasks in unintended ways
- Reflect biases or limitations present in underlying models
You are solely responsible for reviewing, supervising, and validating all outputs and task results before relying on them.
You agree not to treat AI-generated content or actions as independently verified professional advice.
3. Third-Party Model Providers
The Service relies on third-party AI model providers and infrastructure. We do not control the training data, internal logic, or independent behavior of those models.
Your use of the Service may also be subject to applicable third-party terms governing underlying model providers.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The instructions you provide
- Ensuring you have rights to submit content
- Supervising task execution
- Complying with applicable laws and contractual obligations
You may not use the Service to engage in unlawful, harmful, or deceptive conduct. You may not use the Service to process classified or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of content you submit ("Input") and outputs generated for you ("Output"), subject to applicable law.
We store prompts, task history, generated outputs, and downloadable documents so that you may return to prior workstreams.
We do not use customer content to train general-purpose AI models. Your data will also not be used by our third-party providers to train AI models.

6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its interface, software, workflows, and platform design, is owned by Akleao and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your access period.
7. Availability and Modifications
You acknowledge that the Services may be provided as a pilot, beta, or early-release offering. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKLEAO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR USE OF THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
